Review the asset, network, stake or entry amount, service fee and total shown before confirming a paid action. Withdrawal fees and limits must be shown before submission. This agreement must incorporate the approved refund/cancellation rules and supported territories; it must not replace the actual transaction terms or promise fixed fees without a verified source.
Suspension and termination
Proposed policy: ChessDict may restrict access or investigate suspected cheating, abuse, fraud or security threats, using proportionate measures and a documented appeal route. The final policy must define the responsible team and process. Account deletion and retention are explained separately; deleting an account does not reverse a completed blockchain transaction.
Disputes and changes
Users should be able to contact the operator with a game or transaction reference. The governing law, forum, escalation process and any applicable consumer rights require legal approval. No invented arbitration clause, liability cap or automatic waiver is included in this draft. Material changes require a dated, accessible updated version.
